Welcome to The Teberg Fund Web Site.
"The Teberg Fund is the product of my 25+ year career of studying mutual funds and historic market trends. Here is an actively managed portfolio of mutual funds designed for the investor who wants to own a mix of funds within one account and have a professional do the research, pick the funds and decide when to buy and when to sell. The goal of The Teberg Fund is to maximize total return through capital appreciation and income."
Curtis A. Teberg, Portfolio Manager

Mutual Fund investing involves risk. There is no guarantee that any investment will achieve its objectives, generate positive returns, or avoid losses.
Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of The Teberg Fund. This and other important information about the Fund is contained in the prospectus, which can be obtained at www.tebergfund.com or by calling 866-209-1964. The prospectus should be read carefully before investing. The Teberg Fund is distributed by Northern Lights Distributors, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC.
Because the Fund is a "fund of funds," your cost of investing in the Fund may be higher than your cost of investing directly in the shares of the mutual funds in which the Fund invests. By investing in the Fund, you will indirectly bear your share of any fees and expenses charged by the underlying funds, in addition to indirectly bearing the principal risks of those funds. These risks include, but are not limited to, risks involved with non-diversification and investments in smaller capitalization companies and lower rated securities. The Fund may also commit up to 80% of its assets to high yield funds containing lower rated securities that are subject to a higher risk of default. Investments in debt securities typically decrease in value when interest rates rise. This risk is usually greater for longer-term debt securities.
